User Experience (UX) Lead

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative UX Lead to drive the user experience across our growing portfolio of healthcare technology products. This role focuses on fostering cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered solutions.

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across approved U.S. states, with a preference for those in Austin, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia
Starting Salary: $120,000 (commensurate with experience and location)

What You Will Do:
- Lead UX initiatives to address usability and user experience challenges across our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with the CPTO to prioritize and implement UX improvements for SaaS-based applications.
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders to inform design decisions and enhancements.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and testing, to validate and refine user experiences.
- Utilize design tools like Figma for prototyping and wireframing, and Pendo for product analytics and user insights.
- Contribute to the integration of UX best practices in newly acquired products and teams.
What You Need:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design and user experience roles.
- Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma and Pendo.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and user research methodologies.
- Experience working on SaaS-based applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and cross-functional team environments.
